I need help with my Preliminary Investigation for my Project Work for A-Levels...?

Does anyone here knows the format to write a PI?
Offer some tips...

Just in case you don't know, a PI is a First report on something that you want to do for your project work and this year's topic is Groundbreakers.

Name a person who has changed or contributed greatly to any field of Human endeavour. Describe how you would plan a series of celebratory activities to honour him or her.

Any ideas? Good or bad =D i will look thru...
