I need to develop a questionnaire as part of project work to asceratin the oral communication skills?

of my marketing officers. questionairre to them and the branch managers to whom they are attached. help needed with format for same. also further advise in the matter on how to go about it.

Buy books on marketing techniques and study the efficient marketing strategies. Then construct questions so that the answer is chosen from the books.
If they follow such successfull techinques they will give the right answer.
Example: One who want to sell footwear in an island where nobody started yet.
Poor: answer:No habits .No scope
Average: As there are no competitors , prospects are good
Best Marketing: To inculcate the habit of wearing footwear amonth the community and advise the ruler about the advantages of footwear and then starting selling
