hi everyone. i'm attending a college, and i'm already a senior in business manager. i hve project to do. i have to analysi the movie "12angry man" from a managers point of view. doesn anyone have any material about? not plagarized pls

Try pointing out the leader/follower roles of each character and give reasons why each would or would not make a good supervisor/manager. List the qualities of each in your examples. For example, lets take Henry Fonda's character. He was patient, did not make a snap judgement, and wanted to make sure he was doing it right due to the importance of the matter. He discussed his opinion rather than force it on others and listened to those that had differing views rather than dismiss them.

Back in the early 1980's, I attended a managerial class called (I think) "The new Managerial Grid". During this two day event, we watched "12 Angry Men". With that movie, we were to take the primary "grid" style of that individual and then also make a note of his alternate / back up / secondary grid style.

I found this very enlightening, and have remember it for the odd 20 yrs. Hope this points you in some kind of direction.

BTW, I loved the movie so much, I bought the DVD and my wife and I watch it, like once a year. It's one of her favorite movies.
