From a good idea to a business.? |
I'm building my own bussines however the idea I got made me realise I'm not an project leader or manager what remains is the how to schedule it to be real I am thinking of hiring a software designer to convert my idea in a model to pull through but there are so many that say they can help where some of them seem to lack in math and complex theorie and I have no time in testing them. Al together how can I resolve the hiring and managing the task to be sure not to get cought in losing control of the project I have aproach several consultance also but they seem to costly even for a smal project. it would not cover the expenses. outsource ur work to india or china, india is better since they understand the language and labor is cheaper there too.... |
