My name is Glazyrin Evgeniy. I am a member St. Petersburg regional public charity organization "Volonterskaia Slugba" ("Volunteer Service"). In 2007, our organization makes a charity program "Solnechnyi Mir" (Sunny world), aimed at helping children from orphanages situated in Leningradskaya oblast.

Under this programme, in July of this year we are having children's camp together with the Touring Club "Parus" ("Sail"). I am writing to request financial support for this children's camp. If you are interested in this proposal, you can read more detailed information below .

"Volunteer Service" is a youth public organization, which promotes and supports volunteer initiative. We organize games and holidays for children from orphanages, economic assistance for children in difficult circumstances, lonely elderly people, and environmental actions. We have been organazing entertainmental programs for children from orphanages Leningradskaya oblast during three years.



Charity program "Solnechnyi Mir" (Sunny world) involves educational activities, creativity, leisure and other activities for the development and socialization of children orphans and children left without parental care, and children in difficult circumstances. Under this programme, in July of this year we are having children's camp "Tainstvennyi Ostrov" (Mysterious Island)



The Camp will be consisted in three tours on boats on rivers in the Karelian isthmus near the town Priozersk. 20 children of Kalozhitskiy and 20 children from Siverskiy orphanages will participate in this camps. The camp will help children to learn living skills, help develop their ability to communicate and cooperate, to understand other points of view, to monitor their own feelings and behavior, it will also help stimulate children to be interested in learning about the world and people. The teaching staff camp consists from students from universities of St. Petersburg, who have been trained in Guide School for 4 month



We need 3,500 rubles for one child to pay for the place in a tourist group, and for 40 children we need 140000 rubles. Please provide material assistance to the camps in an accessible format for you.
