How do I create online forms that can save submissions as separate files?

I'm an art director. I'd like to create a web-based form that the marketing managers can fill out that will provide me with project specs, deadlines, etc. I want to be able to save each submitted form as a file that I can use as a project spec sheet. I've tried Wufoo and JotForm but they only allow for saving reports as files (so I end up with all submissions in same file). Does anyone know of a solution to my needs?

I'm not a developer nor do I have internal development capabilities.

Well, this all depends on what you have for resources. There's a reason you looked into Wufoo and JotFrom and I'm guessing that you don't have internal developer resources....

A quick read at Wufoo shows a paid option that will allow you to export reports as files, Excel was given as an example.

Again, I'm not familiar with Wufoo, but it seems that if you can dlownload an Excel file, you can pretty much "filter" and/or massage that information using standard Excel features.

The previous answer to your question applies - assuming that you have internal resources to create one for you (on your own web site, in whatever platform your own web site is using).

this is pretty straigt forward. you can write a text file for each form submission and dynamically name is to avoid name conflicts.

BTW which development platform are you using?
