Can i do something something legally against an Exploiting Manager.?

I am working for an IT Services firm in India.I am really unlucky to get a Project Manager who is treating us like slaves. he
is making us work more than 14 hours a day including
weekends.sometime i have to work for whole night.
he says that Project is everything and nothing
shall come in between project work.can i take some legal
action against him.please guide me if someone has
any idea about this.i really want to show him
how what this mental and physical torture really is.

Maybe check labor laws there (as I don't know about India) and see if the amount of hours he makes you work per week is in violation. Your boss really must not have a life. If you can, file a complaint.
