Does it sounds OK for you in a resume?

a line from a Project Manager's resume:
"Controlled creation process of brand and packaging design coordinating a team of designers"
The designers created brand logos and packaging design, is it OK to call them just "designers"?
Any suggestions to make it better?

Having been an employer and having hired many people over the years I can tell you that most resumes are looked at with a worry eye. The HR or who ever is doing the hiring will only read the first page beyond the cover page. So you need to ry to not embellish to much and try to get as much info onto the first page. I would just simply say;
Was placed in charge of the creation process of brand and packaging design, as well as being in charge of the design team.

You are not writing a resume for the design team, I would not use "The designers created brand logos and packaging design" as this is redundant.

When we are talking of package design, 'graphic designers' is a more explicit term as compared to 'designers'.

I think the word 'controlled' should be replaced by 'managed, or, coordinated, or supervised'
