What kind of teenager tv programme that people like to watch?

As a project manager in production line, i have to create or give a new ideas for teenager tv programme. As we know, it's to many similar programme & sometime it realy make we bore to watch it. So, what kind or what concept of teenager tv programme that can make people watch it until the end?

About my thinking they wants to watch reality shows.

You know...I'm in my 30's, and I love "Drake & Josh", and "iCarly". I never go looking for them to be on, but if I stumble on them while flipping through channels, I can't stop watching them.
Shhhh...don't tell anyone or I'll have to kill you...lol.

In my sorority house, the most popular shows are probably ( in no particular order)

Gossip Girl
Greek
One Tree Hill
Greys Anatomy

A lot of girls go crazzy for other shows too though- House MD, Law & Order, Ugly Betty, etc.

im 20 so i dont know if i count but I still love degrassi and have since i was a teen
