He no longer answers his phone??

I only call him for work stuff..that's all. Why is he doing this? I told him that I called him twice the day before coz I wanted to tell him something important about the project we do together. So he told me that this girl has put his phone number all over the internet and he receives so many phone calls everyday so he decided to ignore them. So the last time I saw him, I asked him to answer his phone in order to finish this project as soon as possible..he's my manager too but he's 3 yeard older than me.
So, he assured me he'll answer his phone if I needed anything..so yesterday I called him and he didn't answer the phone!!! and he never called back...I don't get what he's doing..is he playing around with me or what?

NB: he's the flirty kind so I really don't understand what he's up to??

In an "office space" kinda tone... Yeah, I'm gonna have to go ahead and agree with the others... you never said, but it would seem there's more to it than "work stuff".

I have a couple of rules for myself that may apply here:
1. Never beg anyone to hang out with you. If they can't see your good qualties already, they probably don't deserve the time it would take to point them out.
2. Never reward bad behaviour. Ever. If he lacks the common decency to return a phone call, "F" him. If he can't be honest and forthright with you, rather than make up lies about not answering his phone, "F" him.

It sounds like you are a little sweet on him...Is that the only way to communicate about the project well if it is I will tell him it's not going to get finished because he won't answer his phone. try sitting down together and discussing it maybe that will work.

It means he already had sex with you. Right?

Sorry girl, move on. Why do you want to look like a fool in front of a jerk? He must think "he's the MAN"; Ignore him or he will feel more "important".
