Work Breakdown Structure. It's a way of dividing up the tasks involved in managing projects from the broad, high level to the lower, more detailed level.

WBS is work breakdown structure.

In context to Project Management they represent how a project would be broken down into manageable components until you get to the task level. A task cannot be broken down further.
