What differences are there in managing a department vs project management? |
What are the differences and similiarities between the 2 roles? Managing a department is managing payroll, resources: human capital as well as other resources; seeing that the department achieves it's goals and objectives.. Managing a project could involve allot of similar things, however each project has a time line: start and the end, and goals are much more specific.
