My African American wife (>30) wants a degree in Project Management. Are there any scholarships/loans?

She has already been accepted as a distance learning student at an accredited university.

ok, what the guy said about online sites-- don't know what site they used, but i've had no trouble with fastweb.

and about what does it matter that she's african american? it matters a lot!! on fastweb, you fill out a questionaire which tells you which scholarships you are eligible for. one of these is.... african american!! i hate when ppl answer questions they know nothing about...

also, if she's ever worked at certain companies, or her parents were in the military, there are various scholarships which are available. the only downside to fastweb is that they fund it with ads.... but you can skip those. they'll also email various scholarship opportunities when they come up, and email when certain scholarship deadlines are coming.

What does it matter that she's African American???? That info was unnecessary, but she can go to fastweb.com. they have a database of available scholarships, requirements and due dates.

whatever you do try not using the online financial aid stuff. A girl at my school did and they cleaned out her bank accounts. Fill out a FASFA online form and then go from there. If the school is accredited then they can help from there once the first part is done.

First of all, the university is supposed to have its own database of grants and scholarships, as well as financial aid schemes.
