I have 1.5 yrs experience in handling order mangement process. Is anybody willing to give me a project on this??

In simpler terms, what percentage of your inventory/usage is absolutely nessicarry for your business to remain viable? For example, Computer paper might be an essential item, while color ink cartridges might not be.
