also,i would like to say something taking help to prepare is different and present infront of some one is different , for that you need to have some kind of necessary and more than a basic knowledge of the system. before going to present the thing i want you to prepare well specially all the areas of the LifeCyle method.

Software Engg book written by R.S.Pressman is a good one to read in this area.
