Can anyone give me some comments on my Strategic Management project?

I just want some comments on the content: whether the facts are correct, whether the details are relevant, and whether I'm missing something that should've been there, etc. Thanks.

Not bad. I like that you used a SWOT (strenghts, weakness, opportunity threat) analysis format . I also liked that you considered internal critical success factors. You could have included a mention on the companies, market/service concentration ( which explains why they have fewer patents since they focus on 1-3 type(s) of customer), the 1st to market attitude of management, excellent brand management strategy generates global awareness fo the FedEd brand and so forth.

But otherwise, it is good.
