I have 2 do a project for healthcare management, was doing recruitment and retention, but I need a better idea

This project needs to be something that I can put into place, and analyze the results. It will be worth 6 college credits and I do not feel as though I can adequatly do employee recruitment and retention. If anyone has any better ideas please help.

I'm trying to think of projects that we did when I took that class in the spring (but it was only worth 3 credits!) ..... how about figuring productivity, and multitasking, workplace design and such?

I have a friend who is the top coordinator of volunteer services at the hospitals here in Phoenix. That might be something you could try.

Accounting

I am a Psychology major...no P.h.D. yet. However, industrial psychology deals alot with this sort of thing. Why don't you check out the American Psychological Association webpage?
