I need help for my visual basic project. am developing a hotel management system.?

I'm not familiar with Visual Basic, but you should start with analyzing the requirements for the Hotel Management system.

Make clear first what *exactly* is required of the system, and what is not. If you're working on a very large solution, you normally need to write up what is called an SRS (software requirements specification), which can balloon up to more than 100 pages. I'm guessing you don't need such a large document :)

Then, you need some sort of design. Visual Basic is object oriented (in some strange way), but you should go ahead and draw up a class diagram on paper. If you don't know what it is Google it up :) It's basically a diagram which identifies the separate modules in your software. This step is quite critical.

In the design phase, also draw out your interfaces. I.e.how the forms will look and what fields you require.

After that you most probably would like to create a flow chart for each of the classes that you identified. For example you may have a class (or Module, or Form, or whatever it is known in VB) that is called " Booking" which has code responsible for anything pertaining to creating, editing, deleting bookings, and so on.

And finally, you can open up Visual Basic and start coding up your classes ;) This is the easiest part !

Again I really know nothing about VB so I think I have embarrassed myself with the explanations, but an analysis and design is necessary anyway.

first determine which tables u have to use in programs.
(for example customer/name/phone)
write them on the paper.
determine which ones should connect.
which information need by users which use your program.
last thing u determine which reports...

all of the things I writed above; you must write on paper and than start to open Vb to write the program.
you calculate all of the loops.
