Hi All, I wanted to start my own consulting company and wanted to know how should I go about it?

I have lots of Ideas but lagging behind in terms of finance. I wanted to start my own consulting company. This company will be working in various aspect like HR Consulting, Project Consulting from India and abroad. Please advice me what should I do to start my own company.

I know most of you would like to know about me and my experience. Well I am a fresher and completed my MBA in the year 2006. I know you will tell me that with this experience I can,t do any thing but I just wanted to tell you that experience comes only through devotion and work and I know that I will come out of this. Well this is my feelings. Please if advice me ( Its important for me )
