How to move from consulting to management? |
I have been a project consultant for about 10 years - meaning that I work on a project and when it is over, I go somewhere else (usually with a different company). Some projects are long (2 years) and some are short (2 months), so I have had a lot of "jobs". I want to get out of consulting and move into management with a good company. Since you have many job experiences and worked with different companies, maybe you should try networking. You won't see a quick result but maybe it helps you to go to that direction. |
