Microsoft publisher won't open??? |
i'm trying to make something on microsoft publisher. but whenever i click on it to open the software, this popup comes up that says "configuring microsoft office 2003" and then another one comes up that says "the feature ytou are trying to use is unavailable". this only happens with publisher, cuz whenever i try to open word, powerpoint, or excel, it just opens right up. i've been able to open publisher before, and i've even tried opening a previous project made on publisher then clicking "new project" so i can open a new document, but all of the publisher files saved can't be opened with publisher...they all say .PUB next to it. WHAT IS GOING ON???! please someone help me! We had this happen on one computer in an office. We had to backup all our files, then uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Office. Be sure to have your registration key handy when you go to reinstall!!! |
