Stock Market project help

For this project in economics I have to "invest" 15,000 dollars and split it on four companies that are doing well currently, and watch them for 10 weeks. I need to know which companies are doing well and could possibly do well for the next 10 weeks. Preferably some that are not so well known (i.e Microsoft, Mc Donald's etc.) This is a class competition and the first price can win 50 dollars!! I need help please..

If you are approaching it as a " contest", and there is only a prize for first place...then you will have to take " risks" to win.
10 weeks is a short time in investing terms...you will be thinking more as a " trader".Here are a few stocks and the reasoning behind why I think they might do well...
CALM ( Cal Maine Foods)...egg producer and marketer that is just making nice gains recently...and with the price of feed coming down could see increasing profit....
DNDN ( Dendreon) a medical device maker that a lot of people are betting against ( shorting the stock)...they are getting favorable votes from the FDA recently and those people who short the stock may start "covering"...which usually raises a share price quickly.
TBSI ( TBSI International) a shipping company...this one has hit a real " flat spot" in recent weeks...and in the last two years that is usually followed buy a BIG jump in price ( 22 to 70 one time )
SCA ( Syncora ) This is the real long shot...in finance, which has been dangerous, but could make big gains if " money crunch" in the market finally eases... two months seems like enough leeway. Right now it's only a $ 2.80 stock ...it could...should...might ... be closer to $ 10.00 in two months. ( ..if it is ...you're a winner...if not ? well at least you're not using real cash !!)
Can you sell off during the ten weeks...or you have to keep the same stocks for the whole time ? If you have to hold... then make CALM and TBSI your biggest buys,,, the others only about 15 percent ( each) of your money.
Remember...this is a " win big or go home " strategy...would never suggest these four if you were talking about your life savings !!!

We have had a good run so if you don't have to buy on monday don't.

wait till tuesday or wednesday.and buy some wait for a pull back and buy some more.
