Uploading a youtube video

i recently created and edited a video on windows movie maker and tried uploading it on youtube, but it pops up a window that says "This file is a Microsoft MovieMaker project file (.MSWMM). Please return to your project and export your movie in .WMV format." What do I do now?

If u want to get high quality video for youtube,
U can save the video as AVI on Windows Movie Maker.
Then convert to high quality flv video with E.M. Youtube Video Download Tool.
At last, upload the flv video to youtube.

Convert it to the .WMV format using a Video converter. This way your video will be accepted by Youtube.
