Tell me the name of some software which is used to copy data from one software to microsoft excel ?t?

I need some special software which is used to transfer data from winspiro software to another pad so that analysis can be done.Actually i have winspiro software which have no copy paste option .Due to this for analysis i have lot of problem . First of all i take prints of all the data then from the print i write down on excel sheet which is very time consuming process . so if you have knowledge of some software which overcome my problem then tell me i am very thankful to you

I don't know anything about winspiro. what formats can you save data from winspiro as? if you can save it as comma delimited or tab delimited text, for example, then there's no problem. excel can import those formats.

Tammi is right. if you know to use MS access just try it once it may help out as your using a database file

If you have export command in you software, then you can export it to a CSV file and Excel will read it.
If you try to oppen that file with notepad, you can see if you can copy and paste from it.
