Knowledge-Based Systems : Predicting football results?

Are there any models that can be purchased which use knowledge based systems to predict football matches?

That's what handicappers / oddsmakers do. Some might use KBS tools, but the tool is not as important as the data that goes into it. I'd be surprised if any of their systems are for sale, or that you'd be willing to pay for it. But why bother? It would take a lot of really good work to get better than they are now, and they publish their results for free. They predict A defeats B with a margin of 5 points. Betting on that outcome is slightly greater than an even bet.
