Is it possible for anyone to change one's own destiny?

I have known my destiny. But there is one thing which is not totally right. Is it possible to change it and turn it into totally right. I know a person in the history who had done so. People told him that there is no knowledge in your life and he extended his knowledge line in his hands with a knife and became so intellectual that he later came to be known as Tenali Rama in the Indian history.

I know people say that it is not possible to change our destiny. But I think there should be a solution to this question. The above example illustrates it. One should be allowed to turn the wrong things into right ones. I think God should be this much liberal and give the freedom to everyone to change the wrong things in one's destiny and turn them into right ones.

I just want to know a general true answer from everyone. If you think you have the right knowledge to answer my question then please help me and guide me. I would be obliged. I would be thankful to you.

You certainly CAN change your experience and life.

Few people live out their true destiny because they never remember it. Yes, it is a matter of remembering or returning to your authentic passion and purpose.

Reality is responsive to consciousness. This quantum Source Field is neutral (some people call it god) and simply mirrors the contents of consciousness.

Each of us develops a defensive ego identity to survive childhood and these beliefs about self and the world, thereafter control perception, feelings, thoughts and reactions. Change those fundamental beliefs and change your experience of reality.

You might, or might not, have a "Destiny".
But if you do, ... you can never 'know` it.

Beware of what you say you "know".
There are such things as self fulfilling prophesies
in this sort of case.

Guide your life as best you can from moment to moment.
Do not be afraid to change course when you see the need.

If there is such a thing as destiny (which I do not believe in) then no you can't. If you did something you thought would change your destiny, how would you know that it wasn't your destiny to do that very thing? Make sense?

Life is unexpected and confusing. You will never figure it out, so stop wasting your time trying to. Just have fun and live your life. Stop worry about your destiny, because you don't know it for sure. It will change.

What destiny? The one I'm currently living? Or some pre-scripted life plan that I have to follow? Or something akin to the 3 Fates of Greek mythology? Or what?

We are the sum of the choices we've made, and are making. What else is there?

You don't have a destiny, like some kind of script that your life acts out on the stage of existence.

You create your destiny by the choices you make in life.
