To all that have broken Rock Band bass pedal?

I was playing Rock Band the other day and found out that the bass pedal is pretty sturdy. How could someone break that?

If you have broken yours, how did you? Is it just you were going idiotic and practically stood on it? You were playing a really hard song with lots of bass?

What I did was buy a metal layer people usually sell online, and put it together and it's stronger after that.

try to play expert you have to keep on using the kick pedal alot and many tend to break because of stepping fast and hard
