A company`s ownership is divided into many shares. for example if a company`s ownership`s divided into 200 shares and you hold 2 shares that means u r 1% owner of the company.

If someone wants to be a single owner of a company then he needs to hold 51% of the total shares.

Share market`s a virtual market where u can buy shares of any company if the share holder has them offered in the market
