HELP A BROTHER OUT! i need help with presentation to class (tomoro)?

ok for business management yr. 11 i need to present a mini training presentation where i instruct/pass on skills or knowledge to the class, by talking and/or using 'props'. It can be on anything basketball to CPR......i need help!! what should i do it on and what should i do.... i like basketball, football, and lots of stuff

Here is a suggestion from an ex-coach! Why not give a presentation on the training aspect of basketball. The conditioning that should go on before you can expect to reach your full potential. As a former coach, I could never get some of my better players, athletically, to understand you had to have the fast-twitch muscles at full capacity to reach your full potential...training with weights, running, flexibility, jumping boxes...etc. There you go....my bother....

do it on something you have an interest in or are confident about
practice it first for your family or friends
have diversions such as a class discussion or ohp to defer from you
i hate doing presentations too but i am always releived when its over
