Job in islam?

I am looking for work within islam!
I am a revert and very keen to increase my knowledge. I have just finished university studying media and arts management and have previously studied business admin at college.
I am struggling to find a job atm and feel annoyed at the thought of wasting time in a job where I have no involvement with the ummah. I want to work as part of an islamic company such as islam channel or islamic radio or an islamic charity or anything! A job where i can work, earn money for rent and food, learn more about islam as well as contribute towards helping the ummah in some way!

Check your local halal meat stores, halal restaurants, and masjids. Maybe you can apply for jobs there, or find a job through someone there.
