Is "new management" usually by "experts" in "new management" but with little "subject matter knowledge" ? |
So if there is a safety-critical robotics project that somehow allows "new management" to come in, "key factors for success" will be replaced by "key performance indicators". Everything will be about "stakeholders"and "customer perceptions". No-one will be asking too many questions about whether quality is nose-diving. Right on. |
