How can I find reliable business partners in Singapore, Brazil or Japan?

I am trying to find a good way to get in contact with entrepreneurs and business minded people in these countries. I have looked around the Internet but can't find too many useful resources. Does anyone have any ideas?

Ask your Chamber of Commerce.

They have offices in most countries and are best in searching partners.

You have to pay only small money for that.

For Japan I paid less than 200 German Marks = 100 EUR.
