Where to study Information Technology or Computing?

Is it better to get a Bachelor's from a real university in IT or go to a tech school?
Basically, where does one need to study to get into the IT industry?

in my openion, it's best to get a degree plus do lots of extra course and remember study from heart or brain, your choice..
