How does the internet or e-business impact retailing?

I think it has had a major impact. However, most stores have an online portal to purchase items. This is YET another avenue to increase revenue.

well alot of people these days are buying there stuff from the internet instead of going out to stores to buy. the impact is major I would say. just look at the impact the internet has had on everybodys lives.
