Where should i go if i want to start an E business?

I am a student thinking about starting an online store. i know i will need a business/retail license but where should i go as to using the tools i need for setting up the website/credit card system ect. Also, a business license in new jersey can cost 250 every three months. Can i get an online business license and go around that fee?

You need a website for your ebusiness so go to yahoo small business, sitesell.com or some other companies for your web hosting. Then to remain legal or to show your customers that you have a legitimate business think of seal of approval. In some cases a seal of approval is more recognised than the expensive local license but it doesn't replace it anyway. To get seal of approval visite truste.com or any other company of your choice. I don't know whether you have a product in mind but salehoo.com, ebay.com, alibaba.com are places to watch if you are interested in physical products. On the other hand if you are interested in digital products, think of doing business with clickbank.com
To find new sources of business and take a close inspection at competitor tactics visit this powerful directory superpages.com. To learn how to add complementary products to the main business visit www.internetdollarsite.com. It's a time saver.

http://www.salehoo.com is a great place to get info on where to buy discount items for your e business..... as well as http://www.ez20money.com for a quick flush of cash to help your e business buy product.

Use this basic checklist to make sure all the important steps are taken before you launch your new venture. This business checklist will make sure that you cross all your t's and dot all your i's before your business launch.

If you want to go into e-business, I would suggest that you take a look at http://www.income-internet-business.com as it will guide you from idea creation, setting up of your websites, backend payment and customer follow-up system in a step by step guide. You should be able to get some useful tips and tricks there.

How serous are you? If you're really serious about jumping into this head first then I'd start out with an automated ebusiness system that pretty much has all of the utilities you need. It's cheaper in the long run. Read more at:

Beyond that, I would find someone (on sites like elance or rent-a-coder) that will build you a site to your specifications incorporating all of the features of your ebusiness system.

did you know that there are ways to make money without actually having to sell anything and trust me it cost a lot less to start. I am an eBay affiliate and I have 4 websites I promote and make my commission that way. It takes a little time for it to become profitable at least 30 days, but in 3-4 months you may be earning 1000 or more.

here is a free blog that talks about what you need to do.

you don't need a license right away, it just starts out as a hobby, then once you are actually making some money at it get the license.

I started an online information site a few months ago, and it has been really rewarding! The concept is simple...you create a site about something that you are passionate about and place ads on it. When someone clicks on those ads, you make money! The best part is, you can sell your own items on your site too. Go to my website and click on the about me tab if you want more info on the website hosting company that I use:

I would suggest that you try eBay. To go there, simply type in www.ebay.com.

eBay is the world's online marketplace; a place for buyers and sellers to come together and trade almost anything!
