I just started an e-business and I want to know how to get my name out there how would I go about doing that?

write or get someone to write articles about your niche. Post these on article directories and ensure you link them to your site.

Join forum's and post about your niche. Ensure that you have a signature line in the forum pointing towards your site.

Link exchanges also work well to get your site on engines

I would start a blog and start building expertise around your ebusiness topic. I also would join related discussion forums and boards to get your name and your business name out there. Also remember to promote your business online and off, so your business cards, brochures, and even interactions with other people should include a refernce to your blog.
