What future e-business technologies and strategies could you recommend that would improve my business?

I just started an online business and I'm rather new.. Any suggestions how do i..

1) Reduce Expenses?

as cost is very high

2) Increase Business Efficiency?
time reduction

3) Rapid Customer Acquisition?
i wanna gain more customer asap

4) Increase Revenue?

Here are some very general answers:

1- reduce expense: don't spend more than $5-10 per month on hosting when you're just starting out. You can always upgrade hosting to a more enterprise level when you have the traffic to justify the move. Consider voip or other services with toll free options if you are going to be taking incoming phone calls. You can go with a free shopping cart / blog / content management system instead of a more expensive "enterprise" or commercial setup.

2- business efficiency is a matter of having the processes in place for any of the jobs you need to be done. Consider reviewing the book "E-Myth Revisited" for additional details on developing these processes. As you're able to do this one time and refine as needed, you'll be able to find providers to accomplish several tasks for you at a cost lower than what you'd be able to make accomplishing another task for your business.

3- rapid customer acquisition: google adwords, yahoo search marketing, and msn adcenter. Start with the big three, organize your ad campaign and bid on keyword phrases that apply directly to what you are offering. This is something you must test religiously to make it profitable. consider Perry Marshall's book "Definitive guide to adwords".

4- increase revenue by increasing customers and making more money from each customer. once you have a successful adwords campaign, take that campaign and apply it to offline marketing or other marketing / customer acquisition. If your processes are in place as per step 2, you'll effectively be able to scale your business.

As with the other two answers, if you have no specific details, this is probably as specific an answer as I can make.
