How could any one improve an E-business that is so successful in its field such as Amazon? is that possible?

Is improving Amazon a possibility? Some one actualy answered me that it would be good to have some one to talk to and compalin should things go wrong. But surely this is not the only way to improve it? I would appreciate any help and recommendations. Many thanks
