I'm currently in the R.E. business in Title Insurance and my buss. is slowly dying! What can I do to make $$$?

I would like to maybe have a job that I can work at home at hours that i'm available. I would like some suggestions, also, if possible... a job that doesn't require diplomas from college... I'm a very fast learner and have skills that allow me to do it by the first time of being taught it.

didn't pay the bills.. (eg one storey was printed in "reader's digest" under most memorable event and paid $100)
