3. web = low cost and abandoned carts

Second wave of e-business:
1. mass market = enterprises
2. new customer interaction model - all media
3. primary focus is customer satisfaction

What do you mean by that? You mean as it was huge before, probably never. There are too many competation online now. Before there was not as many.
