There are so many topics you can think of regarding ebusiness. Some examples of topics include:

- How is the Web pushing the retailing sector?
- How is the Web changing the business model of retailers?
- How is the Web changing the business model of consumer goods manufacturers?
- What is the impact of the Web on small businesses?
- Security considerations and ebusiness
- How is mobile commerce going to impact on retailing?
- What is the impact of ebusiness on commodity pricing?
- Assessing the value of business blogs on Web retailing

And so on .....

A thesis and you don't know the topic? What kind of person goes thru 2-3 years of business school, picks a thesis area of expertise and then fumbles on not knowing what to write about?

I would spend time on the wharton business school site - they publish lots of interesting topics and you could spin one off of there.
