What tax haven country is the best place to set up a world wide e-business?

I read Vanuatu is very good but there must be others.

My suggestion:
You need to decide what kind of business online you want to go in!

If you are going in to the financiel sector, financial services, payment processing or security brokerige than the caribean could be a right solution.
St. Vincent, Cayman Islands, Bahamas et. because they have a stable authority and are very reliabel legislations.

If you go to sell software, services, webbased aplications,than the US is still the best solution, take a look at the state of Delaware. More than 50% of the NYSE listed companies are incorporated under the laws of Delaware. ;-)

I think that would be a country that's new in the IT sphere. Check the map for the countries from the 2nd and 3rd worlds. Buglaria is a pretty good example. Also Iraq, Saudi Arabia, India. btw don't go to iraq if you're a US .. lol

p.s. I'll be starting mine in Bulgaria and after that off to Asia.
p.p.s.As i come to think of it, check what the EU would sponsor. There's a comitee that would sponsor anything in the agricultural sphere with about 50k dollars. Check the IT for something like this.
