How can you make a commercial and have it air?

My dad wants to have a commercial for his business in san francisco. is there any website that could give me information on how to do it?

There is a new company called "Time For Me TV" that makes commercials for ANYONE who has something to do, say or show on television. This is a brand new and totaly unique concept. Send them a video of whatever it is you want to show on television. For a reasonable price, they will place it on any TV station you request, at any time and in any US city. Businesses are not allowed to display contact info, however Time For Me TV has a work-around for that particular issue.
