How can I get rid of streaks on windows?

I started a Car Washing business yesterday and asked the neighbors if they needed their cars washed. I already have made $42 but it takes a long time to wash the cars because I'm trying to get rid of the streaks on the windows. Does anyone know a cheap solution or trick I can use to get all the streaks away?

Besides Windex, it sucks!

I read in a newspaper article about a window washer who only used Palmolive Dish Washing liquid on windows with a paper towel.
I tried it at home and put a little dish washing liquid and wet it enough to swirl around the window. Then dried it with a dry paper towel.
Gosh it was beautiful and much cheaper than windex. Windex always
did streak. My Mom uses old newspapers to wipe her windows with white vinegar for years. But I am a firm believer in Palmolive!

Try vinegar, mixed with water, use newspaper to dry. This works great on house windows and mirrors.

However, if you are working in tinted windows, you want to be careful. Call your local window tinter and ask them for the best thing to wash the windows with. It would be an awful shame to ruin someone's tinted windows.

~~Here is my home made recipe for awesome no streak windows. On a commercial sprayer fill it up to mark labeled 14 with rubbing alcohol, then fill the bottle almost full with water, and two drops of liquid dishsoap. The windows will be sparkly and no streaks! I just use microfbercloths to save papertowel waste, but either will work.~~

Windex and a coffee filter. they leave no smudges, lint etc. you have to use a lot of them though, but they do work great. also, white vingar will shine windows great. spray it & wipe w/ coffee filter. cheap, and no fumes.

forget the windex. spray white vinegar onto window and wipe with a terry clothe or good towel this will get rid of the streaks. works alot better than any other window cleaners.

Use straight white vinegar and wipe with balled up newspaper. The vinegar will not leave a streak and the ink from the newspaper will buff and shine the glass!

I wish I knew that answer for you hun. Maybe we're just window retarded? I know I am. Pfft.
EDIT: Okay okay. One thing I do know... Windex is NOT the solution.

Put hot water in a bucket and then some regular soap use a dry rag and a wet one to dry it!! IT WORKS believe and pick me!!:)
