How do i approach my boss without coming across as a know-it-all or attacking her supervisory shills? |
Where I work is dysfunctional. My boss is young, and was left the company when her grandmother passed away. She is a great person, is smart when it comes to knowing the business but, not much there when it comes to dealing with employees. How about the direct approach, but with tact.... Use stories to get your point across... Telling stories is a good start...explain some of the things you have done in the past and ask if she thinks they could work where you are now......when something dysfunctional happens could be a good time to make a suggestion and give the example....good luck.... Give your boss some advice a little at time,make a suggestion |
