Crystal XI and Windows 2000 running WTS.?

I have a problem when viewing a report it appears all black because the OS only allows 256 colours. Just changing colours in crystal design doesn't help. Anyone tried this or have a solution? I can't find anything on Business Objects web site.

Sounds like Crystal XI is just not compatible with win 2k. I had a similar problem with other software and couldn't fix it. Eventually upgraded to XP.
