I need Subscription management, Billing management, customer service, either software or a service?

I am looking for either a paid service or a software that would handle the following aspects of my website business: manage subscriptions, manage membership billing, manage new sign-ups, and answer questions the subscribers might have. Idealy i am looking for a service that did that, but if there is no alternative i am willing to settle for some sort of software that did all of the above. I was thinking that maybe companies like Verisign for example, offered such services. Any ideas are greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

I'm very picky and I've personally used Amember Pro ( http://www.amember.com/ ) to manage subscriptions on one of my sites. It does everything that you're asking for - and more. Installation is included with the $179 purchase price.

The only thing you'll need to do is answer questions from your subscribers - though a comprehensive list of frequently asked questions (on your site) would cut down some of that.

you can go to http://www.cgiconnection.com and get all the scripts you need to manage most of the function of your web site.

You are also going to have to get a standard business checking account and a a second business account to use as a repository (trust fund) to recieve and disburse revenue.

You will need to consider purchasing a really good software package like Quick Books Pro to keep your books with.
