Im Opening a womens clothing store In Brea, Ca...What can i do to attract people to come into my store?

I'm opening a women's clothing store in the city of Brea in california. I honestly have amazing stuff. check it out: www.shoptherunway.com

Problem is, it's a new shopping location, Well they are lofts and then the street level is for retail. Right now, there are only 5 business open out of 40 available spaces!! Thankfully my location is store front, so it can be seen if you are driving by.

I just want some suggestions or advice on how i can attract the ladies into my store. Thanks in advance =)

Go to the local high school and tell everyone that you are sponsoring a contest. The student who designs the best dress will have her dress featured in your store for 1 week with her name in big letters. Every parent will wish that their child wins. They will check out your store. Make sure you don't forget to make a big deal about the person who wins. /

Advertise your store like crazy and remember to list the website address. On your website, you should have side by side comparison pictures of the models on the runway wearing the same/similar clothes you are selling. The Style Channel does this and it helps people like me who want to be into fashion but don't have the time to study what everyone is wearing on the runways.

Get someone to model your clothes and blow up the pictures and stick them in the window. Make sure you can see the woman's face too. I need eye candy when I go to town. =P

And/or

Show pictures of the clothes like on the website.

Oh, and of course, advertise. I am sure you can get stickers cheap so you could print out the name of the store and location and put them everywhere . An idea there for you.
