Anyone think Isorobics is any good? |
Got an old Isorobics kit from a resale shop and have tried using it. The idea behind it sort of reminds me of what the Nautilus system used to promote. (ie: Maximum effort with minimum reps.) Anyone use it? The company is still in business, but I don't find any reviews for it. Just wanted to see if anyone had any good results with it. Thanks. I used this kind of training during Physical Therapy when I popped out my left knee, which is vulnerable since 1988 due to a ski accident (missing ACL). The machines included a Total Gym, and nautilus machines, as well as a precor elliptical etc. This kind of training is good under the supervision of a certified sports trainer or a physical therapist. I don't know about the kit you bought. |
