Fear from the previous relationship

i was hurt by my ex-bf badly. he's a two-timer and lied alot of things to me. because of him, i was very heart-broken that i couldn't sleep well, eat well and even when i was watching tv, i was just looking at it blankly. But right now, I know he's the worst guy I ever known and I hate him. I never wanted to see him again and even he looked for me, I chased him away. That was almost a year ago. But the fear of being cheated and to be heart-broken again is always there. I'm now in a new relationship which is a long-distance one. He came here a couple of times for business trips and we went holiday together once. We are planning the next one in next month which we have already booked the air-tix. Initially, I feared badly about things he told me. but there was one morning, I received his missed calls and I return call to his house. He has gone to work and his dad picked up the call and i chat with him. That was when I realized that things he told me were true.
But inside me, I always have this fear. He would have his dinner for about 2-3hrs (he's a Japanese, does Japanese really take that long to eat?). He goes out every Sunday recently because his dad injured his leg, so he has to bring his mom for shopping. he talks to me every night, at least 3hrs. I have his email password and found nothing there. If I'm really paranoid, can somebody teach me, what can I do? Thanks lots.

Jeez girl, continue on like this and you'll lose this guy as well. Checking his email - come on girl, you have to take him at face value. I know you've been hurt before but that is in the past and he seems like a decent bloke. You need to build up your trust as you seem to have serious trust issues which are understandable. Good luck

Get rid of the ex-boyfriend quicker, do keep distance with anyone who knows him and do it right. You鈥檒l eventually wind up with a man worthy of you. Ending a bad relationship doesn鈥檛 have to be that difficult.
Be honesty and respectful to present boy friend cultural background.
